This lively presentation by attorney Kenneth Piken will cover various topics relative to your customer's right to privacy. This will include, but is not be limited to, compliance with new state and federal regulations; HIPAA compliance, and dealing with government agencies.  Ken will also address proper "post auction" disposal procedures. These are extremely timely issues, and there will be time for questions and answers on these and related topics.
