Manager/Operator Track - Lien Law & Auctions: The Procedures Explained

Several mangers and facility operators have reached out to us with questions about the TN State Lien Law and how this impacts the lien processes and auctions. Questions ranging from lock cutting and newspaper notices to lien sale timelines and live vs. online auctions will be addressed. This will be a discussion panel format and the attendees are encouraged to ask questions and take an active role in the conversations. The panel will be led by Stephanie Tharpe, Senior VP of Operations at A+Storage, Josh Lynn, Property Manager at StorPlace and Melissa Roberts, TNSSA Admin Director & Property Manager of Storage Depot and guest, Lonnie Bickford, founder of StorageAuctions.com.
