ARIZONA SELF-STORAGE ASSOCIATION PRESENTS FREE WEBINAR ABOUT LIEN LAW CHANGES
Webinar Details Recent Changes To Arizona Lien Law And Includes Q&A Segment
PHOENIX, ARIZONAundefinedMarch 30, 2010undefinedThe Arizona Self-Storage Association (AZSA) is pleased to announced a live webinar focusing on changes made to the lien law in 2009. The hour-long webinar, “Arizona State Legal Update: Lien Law Changes 2009,” will be presented by Richard Marmor, the leading Arizona authority on the subject and Chair of the AZSA Legal and Legislative Committee.
The webinar will highlight recent changes to the lien law such as the end of certified mail notices and legal advertising, how these changes impact owners and operators, and the new tools AZSA has introduced to assist Arizona storage operators. A 15-minute Q&A session will immediately follow the presentation by Richard Marmor.
