Florida self-storage facility sells for competitive price

Tampa, FL (5/30/17) - SkyView Advisors (SVA), the Tampa, FL based self storage real estate firm, is pleased to announce the sale of Stor-N-More Self Storage to NSA Property Holdings, LLC. Ryan Clark, Director of Investment Sales at SkyView Advisors represented the seller, Crosstown Stor-N-More, LLC.

Ryan Clark, the deal lead for this transaction stated, “This property is a high quality class A facility in a prime location. The property attracted several national and regional buyers. Stor-N-More Self Storage is a class A facility located just minutes from downtown Tampa. The facility is situated on 7.02 acres of land and had 117,655 net rentable square feet. Built in 2008 this facility consists of 1,105 units. Of those 1,105, 880 are climate controlled units, 155 are non-climate controlled units and 70 units are for parking and miscellaneous use. The units range in size from 25 to 400 square feet. The population within a three-mile radius of the facility is 70,128 and the population within five miles of the facility is 164,162.
