    Storagely becomes the first to integrate Calcumate as a standard feature.

    The Florida Self Storage Association (FSSA) and Tennessee Self Storage Association (TNSSA) have each named their 2023 “Manager of the Year.” The accolade is given annually to a property manager who demonstrates outstanding commitment to leadership, creativity, operational efficiency and community involvement, according to sources. The FSSA winner is Julio Otero of A+ Storage in Winter Haven, Florida, while the TNSSA winner is Chimane Boyd of Citizen Storage in Memphis.

    Wednesday, August 16, 2023. The big news in the self-storage industry yesterday was word that Storable, the leading provider of technology solutions for the self-storage industry, had acquired CallPotential, a prominent provider of tenant engagement and performance management solutions. 

    Following the announcement, MSM reached out to Chuck Gordon, CEO of Storable, and Phil Murphy, Founder of CallPotential, to learn more.
