    Absolute Storage Management Takes Over Two Madison Properties

    Madison, AL (January 11, 2017) – Absolute Storage Management (ASM) continues to solidify its market share in Alabama by adding Madison Boulevard Mini Storage and Balch Road Self Storage, both located in Madison. The properties were purchased by an affiliate of locally based The Natchez Group and Absolute Storage Management 

    for an undisclosed price. The acquisition was financed by Memphis based Simmons Bank in Franklin, with Trey Kirby of NAI Nashville serving as the broker.

    “Madison is a thriving market and these assets are both located on well-traveled roads through town,” said Absolute Storage Management President, Michael Haugh. This portfolio consists of 83,000 rentable square feet with an expansion component. Both assets will receive upgrades to the office and security systems. A significant focus of the two properties is to provide Madison, Alabama with premium storage facilities while still maintaining a sense of familiarity and trust.     Single-store owner in California marks new record after switching software and payment processing to SiteLink
